Shipping Charges

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
TheDealDock is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly if they believe a package has been lost or stolen.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
Order Refusal
If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to customer error:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs and any carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Right to Refuse Service
TheDealDock reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or delay any shipment if we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or circumstances that may place our business at risk.
