Return & Refund Policy

At TheDealDock, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, hygiene, or health products

  • Digital downloads

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% or deny the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect shipping address:

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TheDealDock is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
